UPS is completing maintenance on their UPS service.

This might impact associates trying to retrieving shipping label for orders and transfer orders. This could affect shipping offers for Store Fulfillment or Order Injection. If an error occurs during this time period, our recommendation is to retry the operation.

Scheduled - We have received notification from Easypost that there will be a scheduled maintenance on Sept 6, 2024 16:00 PDT (23:00 UTC) to Sept 7, 2024 01:30 PDT (08:30 UTC).

Royal Mail has a planned outage of their core Infrastructure and OBA service. Manifesting will be unavailable at this time. Canada Post is Royal Mail's sole partner for parcel post deliveries to Canada.

This may cause issues with booking deliveries and creating shipping labels. In some instances there might be issues injecting orders due to the service degradation. In response to this, deliveries will be retried automatically, but orders can also be retried from within the Associate App. And if you have web orders that have not made to NewStore NOM, please, re-attempt the order injection after the Royal Mail carrier services have completed the scheduled maintenance.

It is recommended that during the maintenance hours you avoid using Royal Mail service level to book any delivery and fallback to other service levels while the planned outage is happening.

Resolved - This issue has been resolved with a reverted change from Engineering. Active drawers should no longer display an incorrect deactivation timestamp and closing a drawer should work as intended.

Investigating - We have become aware of an issue within Cash Management where an incorrect deactivation timestamp is being added into a drawer's daily open and close, which can cause issues with closing a drawer. The current workaround is to re-attempt closing the drawer, which should allow the process to complete.

However, if you experience any issues or notice anything out of the ordinary, please reach out to NewStore Support.

Scheduled - There is another planned maintenance window announced by our fiscal provider in Sweden, Axena.
Axena states that their services may be slow to respond for a period of 5 minutes during this maintenance window.

If your business is operating in Sweden and uses Axena, we do not believe there will be an impact during this early morning time, but we would like to inform you of this planned maintenance as a proactive measure.
