To ensure the stability of our Omnichannel platform and to improve resiliency of our services, NewStore is planning a maintenance window for Wednesday, September 17, 2025 starting at 08:00 UTC for approximately 1 hour.
During this period, we will upgrade infrastructure components for the Routing backend services.
Although we have the Scheduled time for the maintenance lasting one hour while we complete our work, we expect only a short impact of < 5 minute during this time.
Users could see impact on the following activities during that time
In the Associate App:
* Syncing offline orders
In NOM (NewStore Order Management):
* Viewing routing locations page - /routing/locations
* Resolving orders in conflict state
* Order exception handling
Integrations:
* Order Injection
* Fulfillment request APIs
* Capacity based routing configuration APIs
* Fulfillment configuration API
* Event Stream event delay of up to 5 minutes
Platform
* Routing of orders could be delayed up to 5 minutes
In the event there are any errors seen in the Associate App during this time, we ask the Associates retry the operation. We recommend to postpone order injection activity during this time or retry the order injection after the maintenance window.
