Resolved - We have resolved the issue impacting receipt generation. All previously failed receipts have been successfully processed and are now available for printing.

Order Processing Disruption
Resolved - We experienced a temporary service disruption caused by an infrastructure issue affecting order processing from 2026-04-16T13:06 UTC to 2026-04-16T13:43:00 UTC.

During this window, some orders failed to capture, payment authorization events were delayed or errored, and retailers may have observed elevated response times ("spinner" behavior) in the apps. The issue has been resolved and platform performance has stabilized.

Our team has replayed all events and any integration impact observed during this time should now be mitigated.

Scheduled - NewStore will be performing maintenance on the payment infrastructure to implement upgrades to the underlying databases. The maintenance window will take place over one hour on April 15th, 2026 from 6:00 to 7:00 AM UTC.

Impact Description:
- Retailers in the Associate App: Delays can be observed in payment processing and occasional failures that might require the Associate retrying an operation.
- NOM (NewStore Order Management): No down time is expected, but delays can be observed in payment statuses and/or cash management reports.

Delays can be observed in outgoing events that are related to/triggered through payments delivered via the external webhooks:
