Update
We are working on a patch release to fix the Associate App crashes after upgrading to version 1.85. We cannot yet confirm when it will be available, because the release depends on Apple’s review timeline. Retailers who have not yet upgraded to 1.85 can choose to wait for the patch. Otherwise, the workarounds shared in our previous updates remain effective. We will update this incident as soon as the patch is released.

Monitoring
We have verified, that deleting and reinstalling the App is resolving the issue.
Alternatively a wait time of 3 hours since the last activity in the Associate App will avoid the error when logging in after the upgrade. Upgrading the App at the end of the day after the last activity or upgrading the App in the morning before the first login will allow associates to use the App without issues.

Identified
We have become aware that some retailers experience Associate App crashes right after upgrading to version 1.85 As a workaround we recommend to either * delete and reinstall the App * wait for 3 hours after the last use of the App before upgrading to 1.85. e.g. upgrade first thing in the morning, without logging in before the upgrade * after the upgrade, login with a different user than the last logged in user and go to Side Menu → Settings → Erase local app data
We apologize for the inconvenience and will keep you updated via this incident.
