NewStore will be performing maintenance to our Insights in Omnichannel Manager as well as the Associate App. This will take place on May 11th, 2026 over a period of 30 minutes starting at 8:00 AM UTC.

Impact Description:
- Insights will be in read-only mode during the maintenance window
- Reports and dashboards may be slow to load
