We have extended the maintenance period by one hour at the request of our Engineering team, as some planned activities required more time than expected. Maintenance is now scheduled to be completed by 09:00 UTC.

To ensure platform stability during the holiday period and to preempt a maintenance by our infrastructure provider, NewStore is planning a maintenance window for Wednesday, November 13, 2024 from 06:00 - 08:00 UTC.

During this period we will upgrade infrastructure components in multiple backend services. We do not expect any downtime for our platform, but there are minor disruptions possible while we run the maintenance. The following impact is possible during this maintenance window:

- In the Associate App, operations like, but not limited to, listing products, inventory operations, processing a payment or printing a receipt could show an error or be delayed. If this occurs please retry the operation after 1 minute.

- For 3rd party integrations into our platform:
-- Please pause all product imports into the Omnichannel platform for the duration of the maintenance (06:00 - 08:00 UTC on November 13)!
-- Order injections might receive a 500 or 502 error response for up to 1 minute. To our knowledge, all 3rd party order injection integrations are built to retry an operation if they receive an error response. Therefore we do not expect any impact on injected order data

- In the NewStore Omnichannel Manager (NOM)
Order Capture can be delayed by 1 minute, as a result an order could appear with a 1 minute delay in NOM
